Brand Strategy
ikki는 크로셰를 기반으로 다양한 패브릭 소재와 질감을 탐구하며, 손으로 엮어가는 과정 속에서 존재와 연결의 의미를 찾아간다. iKKi이끼는 ‘잇기(연결하다)’와 ‘있기(존재하다)’ 두 단어의 발음에서 착안한 이름으로, 세상에 존재한다는 것은 곧 세상과 유기적으로 이어져 있다는 뜻을 담고 있다. 반짝이는 존재들의 세상을 천천히, 다정하게 엮어가길 바란다. 실을 이어 만드는 뜨개의 과정을 통해 존재들이 얽히고 설켜 살아가는 세상을 떠올린다. 실을 엮어가며 느리고 다정하게 이어지는 이야기를 만든다.

<ikki> explores various fabric materials and textures through crochet, seeking the meaning of existence and connection in the slow, hand-woven process. The name iKKi is inspired by the Korean words “it-gi” (to connect) and “it-ki” (to exist), reflecting the idea that to exist in this world is to be organically connected to it. iKKi hopes to gently and warmly weave together a world of shimmering presences. Through the process of weaving yarn stitch by stitch, I am reminded of a world where beings intertwine and coexist. As the yarn is woven, a slow and gentle story begins to take shape.

기존에 있던 이끼의 제품과 룩북을 기반으로 크로셰의 특징적 질감인 “흐르는", “유동적인" 이미지를 ikki의 로고와 편집으로 시각화했다. 크로셰로 만드는 대표적인 작품, 도일리를 패턴으로 단순화해 그래픽 모듈로 활용했고, 유기적인 연결이라는 브랜드 아이덴티티를 유동적인 레이아웃으로 표현했다. 모든 디자인은 브랜드의 핵심 정신에 따라 유기적인 연결을 이룬다.

Based on ikki’s existing products and lookbook, the distinctive texture of crochet—described as “flowing” and “fluid”—was visualized through the ikki logo and editorial design. The doily, a representative crochet piece, was simplified into a pattern and used as a graphic module, while the brand identity of organic connection was expressed through a fluid layout. All design elements form an organic whole in accordance with the brand’s core philosophy.

Books
포플린 원단에 ikki의 첫번째 룩북과 작업들을 아카이빙한 패브릭북 1부와 종이책 3부를 제작했다. “존재들의 연결” 이라는 브랜드 정신을 녹여내기 위해 빛이 담기고, 과정에서의 변수로 때마다 다르게 표현되는 시아노타입의 방법적인 측면을 선택해 빛으로 인쇄하는 시아노타입 패브릭 북과 ikki의 작업물과 무드를 소개하는 아카이빙 북을 제작했다. 유연하고 따뜻한 크로셰의 질감을 책에서도 유지하기 위해 표지와 내지 모두 모조지 80g으로 제작했다.

One fabric book and three paper books were produced to archive ikki’s first lookbook and works, with the fabric edition printed on poplin. To embody the brand philosophy of “the connection of beings,” the cyanotype process was chosen for its ability to capture light and for its variable outcomes that differ with each iteration of the process. This resulted in a cyanotype fabric book printed with light, alongside an archival book that introduces ikki’s works and overall mood. To preserve the flexible and warm texture characteristic of crochet, both the covers and interior pages were produced using 80g uncoated paper.

Foet은 문득 발견한 작은 순간들의 가치를 전달하는 홈패브릭 브랜드로 당신만의 사소한 매일의 시작과 끝을 함께한다. “Findings of everyday trivialities”의 약자인 “Foet”은 스쳐가는 매일 속에서 반짝이는 순간들을 발견한다는 브랜드 가치를 바탕으로 한다.

Foet is a home-fabric brand that shares the quiet beauty of small, unexpected moments, staying with you from the beginning to the end of your everyday. “Foet,” short for “Findings of everyday trivialities,” is grounded in a brand philosophy of discovering the small, glimmering moments hidden within the flow of everyday life.

SASA는 식물을 좋아하는 사람들이 노하우를 나누고 정보를 공유하며 느슨한 공동체를 이루는 플랜트샵이다. 나무의 가지가 뻗어나가듯, 공통의 관심사를 가진 사람들이 식물을 키우며 경험한 정보를 느슨하게 나눌 수 있는 플랜트샵이라는 브랜드 가치를 전달한다.

SASA is a plant shop where people who love plants share their know-how, exchange information, and form a relaxed, easygoing community. The brand expresses the idea of a plant shop where, like branches spreading outward, people with common interests can freely and loosely share their gardening experiences.

식물에서 추출한 자연의 색으로 인쇄하는 ‘Anthotype’이라는 기법 특유의 맑은 색채와 이미지를 모티프로 기록하는 플랜트샵이라는 정체성을 시각화했다.

The identity of the plant shop is visualized through the clear, delicate colors and imagery characteristic of ‘anthotype,’ a printing technique that uses natural pigments extracted from plants.
